Sustainability
At TCM, we understand that energy development must go hand in hand with respect for the environment and the well-being of communities. That is why we operate under a sustainability approach that prioritizes safety, operational efficiency, and environmental protection.
Through responsible storage and distribution practices, we seek to minimize our impact and contribute to a cleaner, safer, and more transparent energy chain.
We work to minimize our impact through the efficient use of resources, reducing emissions, and the adoption of responsible operational practices.
We foster strong relationships with our communities, promote the safety and well-being of our employees, and build an inclusive work environment.
We act with integrity, transparency, and adherence to the law, strengthening our internal policies, accountability, and ethical decision-making.
Materiality assesment
We conducted a materiality assesment to identify the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) issues most relevant to our operation and stakeholders.
This exercise allows us to prioritize efforts and guide our sustainability strategy based on evidence and transparent dialogue.
For this analysis we considered international methodologies and standards such as S&P Global’s CSA, SASB, GRI, and the SDGs, in addition to specific investor requirements.
We included public and non-public information, as well as the integration of internal initiatives, policies, and procedures, with the aim of obtaining a comprehensive view of the management of our material topics.
